I approach therapy with a playful depth-orientation, drawing on integrative practices designed to promote embodied wholeness. I recognize the uniqueness of your personal journey and tailor our sessions to meet your needs and support your inner resources, so that you can determine your path choicefully and guide your own self-restoration. Values that guide my work include:

  • Integrative Somatic Approach: Our therapy sessions delve beyond surface-level issues, seeking to understand and address the full spectrum well-being. We embrace a holistic approach that acknowledges the interconnectedness of your mind, body, and spirit.

  • Promoting Embodied Wholeness: I embrace the wisdom of embodiment, recognizing that emotions and traumas can manifest physically. My approach  promotes embodied wholeness by helping you connect with and understand the physiological, emotional, and psycho-spiritual interconnectedness of your experiences.

  • Respect for Uniqueness: Your personal journey is unlike anyone else's. I deeply respect this uniqueness and honor your individuality in every session. I do not follow a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I collaborate with you to develop a therapy plan that aligns with your needs, goals, and preferences.

  • Supporting Inner Resources: I hold the perspective that you possess innate inner resources that can guide you on your path to healing and self-discovery. My intention is to help you tap into these resources, empowering you to navigate your journey with confidence and resilience.

  • Trusting the Unfoldment: I see my role as a guide and fellow sojourner, walking alongside you as you navigate the path of healing and self-discovery. This journey is not about fitting into a predefined mold but rather about unfolding into your unique potential and strengths.

By engaging in individual therapy, you embark on a deeply personal journey of growth, understanding, and transformation. I am committed to providing you with a safe and supportive space where you can explore, heal, and ultimately thrive in a way that is as unique as you are.

Group therapy can be a powerful tool for healing and growth. Our groups provide a safe and supportive environment for you to share your experiences, learn from others, and develop new skills. We offer a variety of groups to meet your needs, including trauma-focused groups, mindfulness-based groups, and support groups for specific issues. Our group therapy sessions provide a safe and nurturing space for individuals to come together and share their experiences, challenges, and successes. In these sessions, you'll find:

  • Connection: You'll connect with others who may have similar experiences or concerns, fostering a sense of belonging and reducing feelings of isolation.

  • Support: Group members support and uplift each other, creating a network of understanding and encouragement.

  • Shared Learning: You'll gain insights and perspectives from different people, enriching your own understanding and personal growth.

  • Skill Building: Learn practical strategies and coping mechanisms to address your unique challenges.

  • Empowerment: Group therapy can empower you by providing a platform to express yourself, build confidence, and develop a sense of agency in your life.

IPP offers a unique approach to personal growth and transformation. Using Jungian voice dialogue in structured group practices, participants move experientially through the concrete, subtle, and causal terrain of some of life's most potent dynamics.  By practicing intentional embodiment of multiple perspectives, including seeming opposites, participants experience the richness and vital energy that comes online by consciously transcending old patterned ways of engagement, and including more of what makes them who they are.  This is an open enrollment practice group and no experience is required to join.  Group facilitation for your organization is also available.

In their current iteration, I offer therapy intensives inspired by the research of Brené Brown. As a certified facilitator of The Daring Way and Rising Strong curricula, I guide groups to delve into the profound topic of shame, understanding its language, and uncovering its impact on our ability to live authentically and wholeheartedly. We explore the essence and power of vulnerability and how it influences our capacity to live, love, and lead with authenticity. We identify essential guideposts that uniquely guide your pursuit of passions in the world. These offerings are adaptable and can be extended to families, sibling groups, and organizations seeking collective growth and mutual support on their journey of resilience and wholeheartedness.
